This was one of the worst Doctors I have ever been to. She stuck her finger in my butt without even saying anything, she kept beating around the bush without saying what She really wanted to say and just kept saying "I don't think you understand what I'm saying." Well not when you won't just say it out right. Treated me like I was an idiot and gave attitude like She was a 15 year old girl. I went to Dr. Kessel after being unhappy with my previous gastroenterologist in Cape Coral. He had no personality & zero people skills. I found Dr. Kessel to be the complete opposite. She was very friendly and extremely thorough. She took the time to explain everything and to answer all questions. I'm very glad I switched.
She is easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and kind. She answered all my questions, made suggestions and recommendations. I have referred her to several people.
