Dr Kessel has been very helpful doing colonoscopies for me for many years. Highly recommend her!
I have seen Dr Kessel twice now for my routine colonoscopy. Both times she has been very kind and was genuinely caring about my procedure. Something else she did which no Dr has ever done was she checked on my account without me asking and saw her staff had charged me a portion for the procedure when my insurance covers it all as a pre-screening. She told her Staff to refund me. I had never experienced something like that. I recommend her highly and am blessed she has not retired yet!
