I would never recommend using Kertisha as an agent unless you are a personal friend of hers. That's the only way you will be listened to or your needs or wants even considered. This was the absolute worst house buying experience I have EVER had out of my 3 homes by a long shot. Nothing even compares. When she tells you after the sale she never has to speak to you again, she means it. My other realtor always checked up after the buying or selling of my home, even though our business was complete.
