Dr Kershen is great, but the lady who handles the insurance is very difficult to deal with. She told me my insurance wouldn't pay much and that the insurance company said I hadn't met my deductible. When I called my insurance company I found out that I had met my deductible and that I was only supposed to pay a $30 co-pay. When I tried to explain that to the office, she wouldn't listen and said that my insurance company didn't know what they were talking about. I even brought in printed proof of my plan.
