Kerryn helped us both buy and sell a house, and we were grateful for her professionalism and dedication to the process! She’s also very personable and makes you feel comfortable and hopeful every step of the way.
Kerryn was awesome to work with! My wife and I were nervous as first time home buyers. However, we felt extremely supported by Kerryn as she guided us through the entire process. We would absolutely recommend Kerryn to anyone looking to buy a home.
If you are a first-time homebuyer, you need her as your realtor! We were picky and had a strict budget, but she was endlessly patient with us through a massive number of tours. She was always honest when we asked for her advice, which we valued so much. Beyond her great professional insights, she is friendly, incredibly easy to communicate with, and lightning-fast at scheduling tours and getting things done. She made our entire buying process efficient and smooth from start to finish!
Working with Kerryn was a wonderful experience. From the initial conversations about selling our beloved home, to the care and understanding she showed around the little details that meant a lot to us, she just made us feel at ease and taken care of. She was always on top of things and was very supportive and helpful. We were nervous to sell our home from afar, but Kerryn made things simple and helped with so much. We are extremely grateful to have worked with her and her team, and will be recommending her to anyone we know ... read more
Kerryn was wonderful to work with on every house she’s sold for me and my family! She’s shown excellent taste in staging, great judgement in things like doing pre-inspections and what to fix before listing, and has done it all with professionalism and a great sense of humor. She makes the process as easy as it can be, and I’ll definitely be continuing to work with her!
