Never a bad experience.
I've been taking my van here since I bought it in 2013. They've been honest and the work has been great. I just recently paid to have my van towed here instead of towing it free to the local Toyota service center because I think this place is better.
I’ve now had several issues here. At first glance the place seems well run, but if you have any hiccups or issues it’s clear there is little in house communication about anything. I had a tech destroy my lug nuts by using the wrong size socket and had a miscommunication about my tires. Overall it’s been okay to deal with, but I wish I had another option.
Bumper on highlander was recalled, it fell off before they could get the repair parts for it. They told us to tape it up and leave it taped up until they could get the parts. It took so long that it caused other damage and now we have to pay for the whole repair. This place also has treated my wife so poorly that she gets so anxious going there. Would avoid at all costs.
