This place has no regard for anyone's time at all. Keep in mind that if you make an appointment for a specific time, that doesn't mean they are even going to be able to look at your car anywhere close to that time. I brought in my car at 10 am for my "appointment" and they told me that it will be a few hours before they can even look at it, and they didn't contact me with any information until 4 pm. A welcoming. Waiting Room that allows some privacy and plenty of outlets to plug in phones, laptops and other electronics. I enjoyed the unlimited coffee as well. The staff was friendly and the mechanics were fast. I was told it would be a while, and they were finished quicker than expected.

Kerry Toyota has the best customer service in this area. I never felt rushed. They’re always very helpful over the phone not so big that they say that the customer is not relevant down to earth and very helpful. I have had two issues the day have helped with my car having to be repainted also very informative when asking questions about recalls The Customer Service was very very informed and patient
