I took my 4Runner there because lights came on the dashboard. While it was there asked them to look at a lock issue with the passenger side door. We got a quote for both issues. We opted not to fix the lock issue. After 3 days of keeping our vehicle with us having to call them for updates and we had to call to get the quote, they never initiated any call the entire time. Called the parts department looking for a specific older part, guy was super helpful and helped me as much as I could to find part numbers

This place has no regard for anyone's time at all. Keep in mind that if you make an appointment for a specific time, that doesn't mean they are even going to be able to look at your car anywhere close to that time. I brought in my car at 10 am for my "appointment" and they told me that it will be a few hours before they can even look at it, and they didn't contact me with any information until 4 pm. A welcoming. Waiting Room that allows some privacy and plenty of outlets to plug in phones, laptops and other electronics. I enjoyed the unlimited coffee as well. The staff was friendly and the mechanics were fast. I was told it would be a while, and they were finished quicker than expected.
