I came to Doctor Neal after years of trying to find a good dentist. I had A LOT of work that needed to be done and for years dentists were very rude/insensitive/unprofessional to me about the current state of my teeth, disregarding the fact that an almost fatal accident is the reason my teeth were in the state they were in. Good dentist overall. Nice, gives good, relevant advice.
Recently moved to Austin and searched for a dentist I would be comfortable with. Dr. Neal was very thorough and made good suggestions/recommendations of what I needed - he didn't push every cosmetic procedure like some dentists. But he still offered all the cosmetic procedures. His staff was great, also! They also help to plan out services you want so it doesn't hurt your budget.
I've been seeing Dr. Neal for years and have always enjoyed his demeanor and service. I have never been happier with a dentist!
Dr. Neal is the most gentle dentist I've ever used. His pain conrol is excellent and quality of service is great. I needed insurance help and he provided the information I needed. He has the very latest in hilgh tech equipment and proceedures and is well up to date in the latest developments in his profession. I would recommend him to any one. Great Dentist. Needs no improvement in any area. I was seen on time. The cost was a little on the high side, but when you consider the caliber of service, he is second to none.
