Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Absolutely! They wouldn't leave me alone! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? No, they didn't even attempt to explain Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature? Not really, it was a little uncomfortable

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind

Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? Yes Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Yes, I know I can count on them to find a solution Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
