WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR HERE AGAIN. Not only was the sale itself a hassle (RUDE salesman), THEY NEVER FINISHED MY REGISTRATION. I traded a 2010 escape in for a "brand new" explorer (which had all kinds of glitter and toys under the seats once we took it home-like seriously?). Horrible communication! I can’t ever get a hold of anyone. The online “chat” is a joke. They just cut you off. So mad!!!!!
*** Update: Keith the sales manager called me today and apologized for yesterday. He promised to help me if I’m willing to give them a second shot. He promised that they would all go out of their way to help if I decide too. This definitely makes me feel better and I will be considering it for sure. The last two times I’ve been car shopping, 2016 and 2020 I started at Kerry Ford. (You see... I was raised a “diehard blue oval” ford guy) Yada,yada,yada; I when around the corner and bought a Chevy Cruze ! I can’t tell you how much I dislike Kerry FORD and their sales staff. (Obviously bad enough to buy bow-tie... and that should make you ashamed)
Twice I have given them the chance to earn my business...& twice I was treated like I had a wart on my nose...NEVER EVER will I drive on their lot again...if they offered free cars!!!...I would walk.
