We were greeted right away They were very helpful brought the cars up to us to look at especially since we had our baby with us It was nice so we didn't have to walk around They didn't rush us They let us take our time and weren't very pushy. super friendly not just the people we are working with but all the staff.We worked with Joel and Kevin and they were fantastic Would definitely buy from again This is my first Ford my last car was a Chevy and we will definitely be back!
RecommendedFrom the moment we got there, we were greated by a friendly staff that wasnt trying to push anything on us. we looked around and they brought multiple vehicles to us, we didnt have to walk the lot. We were able to test drive what we wanted, and once again, I cant thank the staff enough. super friendly, not pushy, answered all of our questions no matter how dumb they were. we left with a brand new vehicle, and I wouldnt hesitate to send family and friends here for their next set of wheels.
been trying to get a tow package installed since the beginning of September, no one answers the phone, no one returns your calls. the robo chat takes your information but still no calls back. its ridiculous!!

They lost me as a customer today. I was planning to make them my one stop for car repairs going forward as they are convenient to my home, but after my experience just trying to schedule an appointment, I am done. I began calling Wednesday of this week trying to contact the Ford repair desk. I called every 10 minutes for two hours. Bought a new vehicle had some finance questions couldn’t get finance person to call back couldn’t get a hold of the manager to call back I would never buy again from this dealer that’s no way to run a dealership once you buy they forget who you are

Got the car I want, the payments I wanted, a higher trade in value than I anticipated and the car I bought literally had 2.7 miles on the odomoeter when I test drove it. In and out the door without a haggling experience in 2 hours and have a great vehicle.
