I was charged $ 9.54 a piece for Lug Nuts that totaled $228.96 for a set of 24. My truck only needed 12 Lug Nuts that Ford claimed were swollen and they had to replace. What they did with the other 12 Lug Nuts????? I looked up the Lug Nuts online and they were pricing at $26.99 to $49.99 for a set of 24 Lug Nuts. They didn.t even ask me if I wanted to pay for those Lug Nuts because I would have told them no. They claimed that whoever changed our tires last caused the problem. My recommendation is to steer clear of Kerry Ford (specifically Tri-County area). This is my first rant of any services from the past, so that can give you a little perspective on this response. The bottom line is that I'm not happy with how things were handled! I'm hoping my rant is worth 600.00 of lost business for this dealership (the 600 repair that was needed within a few days of buying a car with cash from this dealership).
