Words cannot describe how grateful we were to have Matt Sansone on our side when we were buying our first home. He made sure we understood every step of the process and he even negotiated for a lower final purchase price than our initial bid on the home, to our pleasant surprise! And he did it all while we were in a different time zone! We cannot recommend him enough and will definitely be back for our future real estate needs.

I can't imagine buying a house in SLO and surrounding communities with anyone other than Kerry and Matt. They are both so knowledgeable on... well just about anything you need them to be knowledgeable about when buying a house. Moreover, they genuinely care about you (the client). I never had the sense they were trying to get me in a house that wasn't right. I cannot recommend them highly enough and if we ever sell our house, they will be the people to do it.
