RecommendedVery well kept. A bit close to a busy road but still a country vibe.
This time of the year September 28 it was very hot. Quite nicely kept lovely people clean.
Went buy water in the store they had several cases of 24 pack and refused to sell me one. I had to go in town after driving 7 hours.

Very nice KOA park, quite and very popular. Great place to stay for 1 night. Gas, laundromat and store on site. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Just driving through, so I didn’t get a chance to see what’s around. Nice, quiet resort. Clean, spacious sites. Clean dog park and bathrooms. WiFi not so great, but you are camping, so being disconnected is fine by me. Great, AWESOME, friendly, helpful staff. Oh, and they even have diesel/gas on site!!! Bonus, since we pulled in on fumes.
Park is not a great showplace but the people running it are superb
If you are just stopping for the night this KOA will be fine. If you are looking for a long term or resort style stay this is NOT the place. We had many issues with insects, the trees and property are full of ants, trees with webbed fungus and sewer connection pipes full of worms or some ugly worm like insects. The pool is a joke it is more of a baby pool size. They have a swing set. The have a small comfort station that is dated, but mostly clean. The store/office is alright.
