Great location for those who work downtown! I have used Kerr's for my state inspection. I have always been able to drop my car off in the morning and pick it up at lunch or after work. This arrangement was very good for me, as I worked downtown and it worked for them since they could work me into their schedule. I found their fees to be reasonable and if there was a problem with my car, they always explained the problem clearly to me with an idea of the cost of fixing it. PROS: Downtown location CONS:
