Kerrs Roofing does not stand behind its work. A few years ago they did my roof, this year it failed and started to leak. When did it they said it was under warranty. I called them more than several times and they did not return my calls nor did they come to have a look. I even had a friend of Adam call (my neighbor, as he had Adam do work for him). All I got was silence. Avoid
