Dr. Kissel was my Dr. When she practiced in sayre pa. She is a amazing caring dr & a wonderful person. I was sad to know she left my network. I recommend her strongly & miss her greatly.
I like Dr Kissell just fine but unable to get any calls answered. Ran completely out of one med dosage and had to go through primary care doctor to get my medicine. I sent a message to the Doctor and explained my insurance changed and had a new pharmacy so needed a new refill on my medicine and she responded with wanting me to update my insurance info/changes. Never did get my medication addressed.
I was fortunate enough to be referred to Dr. Kissel a few years ago. I wasn’t a fan at my first visit, but I didn’t want to hear the truth. I can say, without a doubt, she is hands down my favorite specialist or doctor I have ever had the pleasure of being seen by. She truly listens, cares, and is so knowledgeable in every aspect.
I really like Dr Kissel but THE COMMINCATION WITH THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE. DAYS FOR RETURN MESSAGES AND CALL BACKS. TOO MANY HANDS IN THE POT! DIFFERENT ANSWER FROM STAFF DEPENDING ON WHO YOU TALK TO THAT MOMENT. DAYS TO GET AN ANSWER ABOUT ANYTHING.
