Very knowledgeable. I will say my wait time is a bit HIGH but I do know I’ve pretty much been squeezed in each appointment because I am pregnant and do need to be seen by dr Kissell.

I absolutely adore Dr. Kissell. I was fighting the good fight with my thyroid in the heat of covid. No one would listen to me and constantly pushed it off as a “false negative” covid test. Fast forward, no endo’s had appointments that were in reach of some type of relief. Her office put me on a call list, and 10 min later I got a call that an appointment opened up. Extremely disappointed with the level of care I received. I requested my lab results to be sent to another facility, followed up after being ignored, and was told they had already been sent—only to find out they never were. I wasted time, gas, and energy driving 30 minutes to get labs that didn’t exist. This wasn’t the first issue either—communication is consistently poor, and the staff shows a complete lack of urgency or professionalism. I’ve since canceled all appointments.
