Kerr's consistently abysmal ratings across various review sites reflect a broken business model. There is no rational reason to run a business in a manner that generates such widespread ill will. In January 2021, We filled out two applications online and made two 45$ payments and submitted! We got emails saying My application was, "missing a few things and then whomever was emailing, said it was also My sons application missing a few things, which didn't make any sense?! Bottom line, they Knew this duplex we applied for soon as the timeline was open, had other applications after ours, but they are so Ignorant and greedy, impatient, they let this other application go before ours?? Poor customer service and overcharging seem to be their business model. I've dealt with several property management companies and this seems to be one of the slum lord ones. Some friends use them and love them, but that's most likely due to the fact that they are long time family friends. I don't even want special treatment, just to be treated like a human and not a space saver. Do not use them.

When you're a home owner and renting it out, Kerr Properties is the company to hire; you feel that the tenants are well-screened, that repairs are fixed promptly, that your property is well-tended to and protected. When we have concerns, we get immediate response and communication is easy and always helpful. That's what you want in a managing agency so that you can rest easy.

I can not say enough good things about this property management company. I appreciate their professionalism and prompt attention to maintenance. I don't have to make many requests, but when I do, they are on top of it! Thanks Kerr Properties for helping to make my life much easier!!!

****This review is for prospective tenants of Kerr Properties**** It was hell jumping through all the hoops and dealing with the horrible employees just to get approved. We thought that after we signed the lease that they would leave us alone! We didn't hound them too much to fix things around here(which they never did), and we expected them to respect our privacy. Don't rent from these guys! Kerr Properties is the worst rental company I've ever had to deal wit!! The people who work there are rude, dishonest, manipulative, and incredibly difficult to get in touch with. The house we rented was nice, but it was not worth the trouble of having to deal with the employees at Kerr Properties.

BEWARE: Kerr Properties is the worst management company ever. Do not rent from these guys unless you want to have your deposit stolen from you. We rented a house from them last year (despite a warning from the previous tenants about how horrible Kerr is), and we are still fighting to get our money back. They nickel and dime you over everything, add ludicrous charges onto your account to lower the deposit refund, and are just a nightmare to deal with. Love to Nickle and Dime – Live in an apartment managed by this company for over 3 years, loved the owners, but the managemant company was awful! Not only did they lose a rent check and charge us a late fee due to their incopetence, but they also charged us a $30 fee to cancel our refund check that we never recieved before they would cut a new one.
