Kerr Home Inspections is not the agency you want to use to inspect your home. The owner is not thorough. He said we would get back to the sump pump because he couldn't open it and then said he would charge me extra to come back out--only the screws needed to be unscrewed! He also was unable to check the air conditioner because it wasn't warm enough and told me to hire someone and have him check the heater while he's there. For many things he kept telling me to hire people to check them---I thought that's what I paid him for.... read more
