Bob Holbrook , my salesman was very helpful and pointed out a rust spot to make sure that I knew any defects. They fixed the heated seats, glove box latch, and rear wiper without asking more for the van. The mechanic working on the repairs noticed that the tie rods and wheel bearings needed fixed and they did that as well without my asking or paying for it. They also did an oil chnge and filled the tank with gas !! Very Pleased with Kerns, I will recommend them to all our family and friends. Be sure to ask for Bob Holbrook.
