Good on getting back to the customer
Dealer was guick to respond friendly sales person fixed a few things I asked truck was detailed and filled with gas upon picking up after purchase.
Very pleased with service and experience
Gary was great, but Rich the finance man a little pushy. I know it is his job to sell, but went overboard on financing the car through them. I went to another dealership and bought my equinox there the car I purchased had more miles but everything else was the same as there car. I knew I was getting a good deal, but the car I purchased was $5,000 less. I can pay it off even quicker so if I want to upgrade I can.

The vehicle was out and ready to be driven when I got there. The process was really quick and easy and the sales associate I worked with, Bob, was helpful and friendly. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because of the financing process. I was not offered the best rate up front and had to work with them to get a better rate. It all worked out, but I felt as though I should've been offered the best rate first. Overall, I would definitely do business with them again and had a pretty good experience.
Ryan was nice not pushy and got everything done on about an hour.
