Highly recommend Dr. Chaney. Whether we've dug into my childhood, trauma, or fears, and regardless if I have cried or laughed, I leave her sessions feeling lighter , more aware, and better equipped to handle day-to-day life. For years, I muddled through therapists who seemed to judge me and make me feel as if I've ruined my life. Dr. Chaney makes me feel seen and helps me build the necessary skills and awareness about myself to be confident and whole.
Dr. Chaney is truly a great therapist. She combines knowledge, professionalism, and a caring attitude. Dr. Chaney takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns, always explaining things clearly and making sure I understand the options available. She genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being.
