I was a first time patient and arrived on time for my 3pm appointment, it took them one hour to get taken to the back and then I was sitting in the room for 45 minutes waiting for the Dr finally at 4:45 I went up to the front and said I had to leave they had no explanation for the long wait and it was 4:50 and the lights were already off and when I tried to call back and speak to someone in charge the phones were already forwarded before 5. Dr. Sirinivas is the best OBGYN i have ever had in my all my pregnancy, when i had an emergency situation she was the one to do the operation and still was so nice and caring. i would love this doctor to get noticed for her hard work for the women of Kern county who takes Kern family health care and doesn't treat them like the clinics do, her staff if excellent in what they do
