Incredibly rude female employee. Cold and accusatory. Claimed I ripped a bag of extensions open - if I did, I apologized to her that I didn’t mean to. But she was hard headed and still didn’t care to hear a word I said. I was trying to open the top of the pack (which was an easy to open flap with a button to open and close). And before doing so, the guy working there instructed me to go in the room with the big mirror next to the jewelry so I can color match myself. This was definitely my go-to hair spot, they have just about anything you need, from ponytail bundles, braiding hair bundles, extensions, etc. workers are helpful when need be, hair quality is very good, and prices are very affordable
