Terribly rude. Scolded me when I tried to take notes while he was talking (on what he was saying so I wouldn't forget it ha) and refused to continue speaking unless I agreed to not write down notes. Then surprise - they never sent the info we discussed and I didn't have any notes on it either. Really a remarkably negative encounter.
Dr. Kern is personable and I trust his judgement and I feel confident with him working on my face.
Love this office! Very knowledgeable and the staff is great too.
Dr Kern was great for me.With my daughter, they said his Physician's asst, Sarah Forsey would be better. My daughter had a bump on her lip & she wanted to stick a needle in it & do a biopsy. She had an infection on ear & she gave us some meds. Didn't work, but I couldn't get her to return a phone call! Only way to talk to her was to come in to "another" appt.I got another opinion. This dr froze the bump on her lip & it is GONE! No needle, no cutting! She gave us a different med & ears are clear
Dr. Kern and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Dr. Kern is always timely, positive, and easy to talk to. The office atmosphere is friendly and non-intimidating. It has a professional and non-institutional feel. We drive 45 miles and it's 100% worth it. Terrie is very helpful and took time to clarify and make suggestions on product.

I see Dr. Kern every year to get a general skin exam as I am in the Sun allot golfing. He has always been on time, professional and very willing to answer questions and explain any concerns I have or he has. His staff is the best as well.

I see Dr. Kern every time I return home on college breaks. If I have a concern in between trips home, he is always happy to speak with me over the phone. He is a very kind doctor who always takes the time to make sure I understand my condition and treatment plan. My whole family and I love him!
