Absolutely love the staff here they are probably some of the nicest in the industry however the wait times here are abhorrent and sometimes I believe they should warn you of a 2-hour wait time over your appointment time so that people are prepared not to make other appointments in a 2-hour window other than that staff is always friendly courteous generous and try to make your visit the best just the time frame is frustrating even though they have a sign that says thank you for your patience 2 hours after my appointment is a ... read more

Had an appointment at 11:30. Didn’t get in until 12:45pm. Wasn’t finished until 2. Place is trash. Avoid it if possible. The techs have no real communication. Limited seating in the waiting room.
I wouldn’t even give this company a single star. They overcharged me and my insurance company, then gave me a bad check as a refund. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, I’ve only been able to leave voicemails and haven’t been able to speak to a live person. It’s frustrating to think that companies like this still exist and take advantage of their patients. I’m seeking compensation for the bounced check fee and the overpayment.
Horrible customer service. Rebecca the woman that took my call was very rude and hung up on me twice.
