1-star review I visited this office solely to inquire about whether a dental implant would be covered by my insurance and to get a quote for the out-of-pocket cost if it wasn’t. I provided my insurance card and the contact information for my regular dentist upfront. Unfortunately, instead of simply verifying coverage (which they could have done with the information I gave), the staff insisted on taking new X-rays, claiming they were necessary. If I could give 10 stars, I would! There's a million other things I'd rather do than see the periodontist, but Dr. Kern and staff were amazing! They are pleasant, friendly and professional. It was my first appointment (after consult) and they actually called to tell me the Doctor was running late and said by how many minutes (20) and they literally took me 20 minutes later than my appointment time.
