Here's where we went to pick up our newborn child's birth certificate. It was quick and easy! Only one person ahead of us, but got taken care of first. A nice and cool temperature building. You first fill out a form you get at a front desk, you then head into another room to check in, you have a seat and before you know it, you're in your way out.
The process here is just insane just to pick up a birth certificate. It's like going to the doctor waiting to be called why???
