Picked up a new Tenere 700 over the 4th of July while visiting family in Bakersfield, and arranged to ship it home to Hawaii. Not only did I get a great price, but the entire Kern Powersports team treated me with the utmost respect and helped me every step of the way. Dominic, especially, made me feel like a valued customer. A couple months later, while waiting for my ship date, the bike developed some issues. This place has caused me huge headaches and almost my life. I came here while on a trip with my Tenere 700. I needed new rear brake pads, tires, and to have my forks straightened after a minor off-road crash. I left here and arrived in Santa Monica to see the pin for my rear brake caliper poking out, millimeters away from hitting the wheel spokes. Turns out they forgot the cotter pin that holds it in.
