We stopped in Tupelo for coffee and we were knocked out by the amazing lunch we had! Local foods, imaginatively prepared, beautiful, extraordinary flavor combos. My salmon salad had greens, apples, pears, heirloom tomatoes,squash, radish, homemade onion strings, and fabulous grilled salmon. I could happily live here!
