New construction. Built my house 5 years ago. Kerman’s did the tile work. Twice repairs were made for broken tile and bad grout work. Now the tiles w Ere so bad I had to replace the floors in the kitchen and sunroom. Stay away from this company.
I’d stay away from this place. As a former employee, they promised me training but I never received what I would consider training. They have people in Indiana that won’t help the local office here in Nashville. Stay away. You can do better
Horrible experience having a shower tiled in a new construction home, they were out 3 times to repair things and it still doesn't not look like a new shower should looks like I did it myself. Just going to have to buy the grout a fix myself at this point, they can't do a smooth straight grout line to save their lives. Had cracked tiles they left with no intention to fix until I complained, very unprofessional. Very disappointed.
