I joined Kerikick Fitness & Kickboxing in September and I have zero regrets! I have seen a change in my body and mental state. Not only does she challenge us to push our body, she genuinely cares about our health. She is the real deal and makes working out fun with her creative ways!

Hands down the best decision I made in 2024!! I have tried so many different gyms and programs thru the years and never stuck to any of them. At kerikick fitness its different the workouts are always changing and. challenging .Its a family atmosphere, we all encourage each other and support one another Keri tailors to our individual needs and goals as well as giving us the emotional support we need along the way to get there.
