My daughter has been part of the youth program for nearly 6 months and it is incredible the amount of growth I have seen in her in such a short period of time. The confidence, awareness, and self-esteem at this young age is so hard, but the instructor creates such a positive environment and weekly instruction that focuses on exactly what these young girls need. 100% recommend!!!
Kerian is simply an outstanding human being who also happens to be an incredible trainer. If you are looking for a body positive, girls rule, badass coach KeriKick Fitness is the way to go. My daughter is apart of her Youth Girls Program and her and I could not be happier. We drive from Bristol for her program because she is so AMAZING!! Highly recommend!!
My daughter has been attending the youth girls class and LOVES it! She looks forward to each class, has learned so much, and her confidence has grown a tremendous amount. She gets so excited to show me everything she has learned the moment she gets home and recently said she feels like she has more muscle and is stronger. Keri is so passionate about what she does and definitely cares about these kids and their success.
