After years of repeated disappointing experiences with PCPs, finding Dr. Downer has truly been a breath of fresh air. For the first time in a long time, I felt genuinely heard and understood. Dr Downer is a wonderful Dr. She listens to patients and does her upmost to either take care of you or send you to correct specialist. Never forget her kindness when my husband was diagnosed with Gioblastoma. She knew the minute when he passed and was first to call me personally to check on me. You don’t find Doctors with this attentive, personal care. She is rare!
Dr.Downer is amazing. She listens and makes you feel comfortable to ask questions. I've been through plenty of other doctors looking for the right one and I am so glad I ended up with her. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Downer is caring in a non judgemental way. She will work with you on finding a solution to your health care needs even with unusual situations. I preferred the location in Bethlehem off Exchange Blvd, but followed her to the new location at the NEGA Barrow hospital campus. I really dislike having to drive through Winder traffic, but I like her care and commitment to my well being. So I'll drive.
