Dr Downer is a wonderful Dr. She listens to patients and does her upmost to either take care of you or send you to correct specialist. Never forget her kindness when my husband was diagnosed with Gioblastoma. She knew the minute when he passed and was first to call me personally to check on me. You don’t find Doctors with this attentive, personal care. She is rare!
