The Keren's are great people, i have not had to wait more then a couple of days for a repair. Super understanding with anything you ask
Keren Properties was very accommodating, responsive, and straightforward throughout our lease. Their knowledge and helpfulness made it easy to get settled and feel welcome in the neighborhood. Our building provided good value and character in a great location. We’d certainly recommend renting a Keren property!
I rented from Keren Properties for 3 years, it was a 4plex home on North Bartlett avenue on the east side on Milwaukee. The rental was in great shape, new carpet, fresh paint, a newly remodeled bathroom and good working appliances. Any time there was a maintenance issue the landlord Ben had his handyman on it within 24 hours. Great experience renting from Keren Properties, 10/10 highly recommend.
