I rented from Keren Properties for 3 years, it was a 4plex home on North Bartlett avenue on the east side on Milwaukee. The rental was in great shape, new carpet, fresh paint, a newly remodeled bathroom and good working appliances. Any time there was a maintenance issue the landlord Ben had his handyman on it within 24 hours. Great experience renting from Keren Properties, 10/10 highly recommend.
