It was going to take another two weeks to be seen at another facility. Dr. Carter, being the kind and compassionate person she is, seen me immediately and confirmed by need for immediate surgery. I would highly recommend her and her staff.
I absolutely love Dr. Kerby and Mrs. Barbara Kerby. They are both completely thorough. They absolutely care about their patients, their concerns and their health. They both go above and beyond their call of duty. They've absolutely set the bar high on how Drs. etiquette should be.
Horrible practice for a Dr. Office! If I could, I would have given 0 stars. Can't get anyone in this office to get things done right. My husband who is a diabetic needed his RX's. Since last week the pharmacy has been trying to contact their office & they did not bother to return their call to find out exactly why they called. When I did call, I did not get a call back the 1st day that I had left the message, the 2nd day I called again, left another message and when I still did not get a call back, I called the receptionist ... read more
I was referred to Dr. Mullen for Hypertension. I was seeing him until he stopped one of my medications that I have been taking for many years which resulted in heart failure. I have been hospitalized numerous times ever since.
Dr. Kerby is the best doctor I’ve ever known. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to your concerns and will not stop until he knows the root cause of your ailment. He was able to diagnose a chronic issue I’d dealt with most of my adult life. I highly recommend him as a primary care physician.
Went in with questions and got zero answers....just referrals to other Dr's. Guess I'll just stay sick for 3-4 weeks till I can get to see another Dr. Did not care about treating or trying to get to the root of my health problems. I'll never recommend or see this clinic again.
Feel very confident with being in his care
Very impressed with Dr Kerby !! He was very helpful and was able to see and refer us to a specialist quickly ... I would recommend Dr Kerby to anyone looking for a great primary care doctor !!
Despite his great knowledge in medicine, he was very humble and treated me with kindness and respect. Oh and btw, saved my life, what more is there to say.
