Nail tech was great but the front desk got no smile on her face, no greetings when I walked in the door, and looked like she didn’t want to be there. It was painful interacting with her.

Jolene and the entire team at Keratin are truly talented ladies. I love that I can just sit down and Jolene comes up with some incredible creative design to give me fun original nails that I always get compliments on!
Really wanted to love this place. Came all the way from LA for a gel pedicure but my nail tech was 15 mins late so just got the express pedicure eith normal nail polish. Everyone was very nice but service was not good. The polish job looks and felt very unprofessional and messy. I don't know why she only painted half of one of my toe. Very disappointed. Gel removal job was unclean, had bumpy residues in my nails.
