TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUISNESS WITH! BOUGHT MY CAR BACK IN APRIL OF 2016 AND BY SEPTEMBER OF 2016 MY ALTERNATOR WENT OUT. I PAID $452 FOR THE ALTERNATOR $85 FOR THE LABOR AND $120 FOR A NEW CAR BATTERY, ALTHOUGH AT THE TIME I PURCHASED THE CAR I WAS TOLD ALL OF THAT WAS UNDER WARRANTY BUT BECAUSE I MOVED TO TEXAS IT COULDNT (SO BASICALLY BECAUSE YOU DECIDE TO DO BUISNESS WITH THEM YOUR RESTRAINED TO LIVING IN MEMPHIS). The people who handle their accounts through their finance company are completely unprofessional and very rude. They lie and try to make you out to be a bad person while they talk down to you and be unprofessional. When you are not causing a scene and just being nice and trying to comply with their demands they talk down to you and tell you they will call you back and never do and when you call them back tell you that they never said they would call you back and over talk you while being very rude. Avoid this company like j******, I had a 3 year contact with this company, after my 3 years I'm now having to pay $4000. Now it's 6 going on 7 years of me dealing with them. Rude people, not to mention they've stolen money from me & never returned it.
