The product doesn’t work and I was put in a subscription without knowing about it. Then when I tried to return it, they gave me a wrong address to RMA. There are much better products on the market

I used this product for about a year it was amazing then I reordered my last order and it completely torched my scalp! It burned me so bad I couldn't use it any longer and I lost more hair than when I started out with! It was terrible!!!
