After discovering hardwood floors under original carpet, tried to find the same wood for the kitchen, but was told by every store even the big ones like Home Depot that "it doesn't exist anymore". Kephart was the only one who had it! Easy to talk to, great listener, not pushy at all. He installed it and you can tell he has got skills as soon as he starts the demo-so knowlegable, soooo efficient, so precise, a true craftsman!
