Mckenzy was helpful and honest about the work and price. He discounted the service call when he realized my problem wasn’t what I thought it was. He gave me ideas on how to fix things myself without another service call. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I need electrical work! Update: 12/11/25- just had another interactions with Kenzy. I recently contacted this business for a diagnostic on my tankless water heater, which wasn’t producing hot water. During my initial call, Kenzy was kind and appeared helpful. He quoted a fair price of $125, especially compared to other companies that charged more, and offered to come by if I couldn't find anyone sooner.
