I was referred to Kenzie for my daughters headshots. We communicated through texted only for several weeks. It looked like we were going to have some hiccups, but Kenzie put me at ease and offered solutions as a customer service driven professional. We have used Kenzie twice for headshots. The first experience (November, 2020) was fantastic! Pictures were beautiful, she responded to emails promptly, and final images were delivered quickly. We just used her again (August, 2021) for updated headshots and it was the complete opposite experience. She was quick to send gallery and request final balance.
