So Far, So Good! – I was a little worried when I saw the other reviews for these apartments. But, after meeting with the manager and touring the apartments, I am less worried. I am very impressed with the office manager who works here. She is very helpful and available and seems like she knows all of her residents and is willing to go the extra distance. I feel like she really does care about making Kenyon Place a nice complex to live in. I hope I am right. . . wish me luck!

I got a little worried when I saw the reviews posted so far. I too am looking for, not a CHEAP place, but an AFFORDABLE place, because my budget is tiny. I think the manager is very nice and she seems like she cares a lot about her residents and her apartments. I am worried about the avocado green stove - I hope it works! I feel like I might be cramped, because the apartments are small, but I always have my parents garage to store stuff, and I dont think it will be a bad experience.

you get what you pay for! i pay \$515 a mth, and thats cheap, but i also have ppl above me stomping all day, and the manager wont do anything about it, the place looks decent, but the parking lot is HORRIBLE, there 4-5 holes that are deep enough for a tire to fall into and throw you up out of your seat if you dont drive over them.our apt has new appliances, clean, etc, but its a old school apt, and has very very poor heating and A/C units........other then thouse i cant complain.i wanted cheap, i got cheap!

The building is old and in disrepair. In the Last to years the one of the staircase has been closed of three times do to crumbling steps. They are cheap but you get what you pay for because the appliances are VERY old and kinda work.
