Running a mobile home community and loving it! As the owner of Kenyon Landing I read this review and sadly know who wrote it and why. My apology. The residents at Kenyon Landing are a great group and do not deserve to have this type of reporting on their home. The staff takes pride in serving the residents. Our community is made up of a diverse group of people; hard working, interesting , and caring. While their are challenges, I would hardly refer to crew as a couple of jokers. well let me start by saying that I have made some mistakes , but by far this is the worst one...moving here was a bad decision. I have been here a while now and boy oh boy...what a joke. There is no real management here unless you count the couple of jokers who are more worried about their next fix then anything else...the owner miss Mercedes.... yeah...just an owner ..she has no idea as to how to run a park...get some real people already....I see that there is a nice family with a beautiful home and I wonder ..why the hell ... read more

It Sucks Living in Kenyon Landing! I have unfortunately lived in Kenyon Landing for a few years now. Overall, my experience living here has not been good. There are just too many inconsiderate people who live here. There are people who drive fast through the park. Also, there are people who play loud music while driving through the park (even early in the morning sometimes). Your Uncle Darrell You can put lipstick on a pig, it's still going to be a pig. We live in a trailer park. Our trailers can be put on a flatbed and towed away in the night. We are camping in our driveways. Did you guys expect a quiet, gated community with book clubs on friday night? If you expected better, you probably should've went to college. I'm not excluding myself, as I unfortunately happen to live here. Due to poor financial choices.
Not great but not the worse I do not know what either one of these people are talking about it is not the worst place to live and by dam far from a great place to live it is very loud and noisy place all hours of the night cars racing ump and down the road people fighting all the time outside teenage kids walking up and down the streets being loud and I will agree trying to gets this park to do anything around here is impossible including plowing the roads but you can always find the maintenance guy in the office late at nig... read more
BRIAN KENYON LANDING iS A WONDERFUL MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY TO LIVE IN.THE OWNERS AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL.THEY HELP YOU ANYWAY THEY CAN.ITMAKE TAKE A COUPLE DAYS BUT IT GETS DONE.I JUST RECENTLY BOUGHT A DOUBLEWIDE AND LOVE IT.I USED TO LIVE IN THE FROT OF THE PARK AND IM THE RACE CAR DRIVER DAMIEN SAYS IS TROUBLE.I OWN A IMPORT AND IM A TUNERHEAD.IM NOT OWNERS NEPHEW.IM A REGUAR RESIDENT LIKE ANYONE ELSE.THE OWNERS AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL.ITS A GREAT PACE TO LIVE.I ASSURE YOU THAT ITS A GREAT COMMUNITY.

Kenyon Landing Sucks This has to be the worst community I have lived. The plowing in the winter is vary slow if at all. there was 2 feet of snow on the road. The office is forever sending the wrong amount on my bill every month. It includes a house payment and my house is payed off. when this was taken to there attention they insisted i bring all my payment recites so they can go over them if i did not have one they tolled me i must not have payed it.
