My wife and I bought a home here three years ago and love it here. Tina is a great lady and works with everyone. I would highly recommend living in Kenyon Landing. Great area and great neighbors.
its a comfortable place to be, raising my children here was my best decision.
When my boyfriend and I were looking for a house Tina was wonderful to work with. We bought our home outright and she was so flexible with the down payment. Thy have strict rules but they are in place to keep everything running smoothly and to keep the place nice. She is all about making sure good people move into the park. Nothing wrong with our experience.

This place is a joke. Buy a trailer and they will refuse to sell it to any potential buyer after its paid off. My fiancee has 2 children and they're making it impossible for him to sell his trailer for even 3000 dollars to a new buyer. We are having to pay over 400 a month for a trailer we cant live in
fix the roads and keep up with the maintaince to keep it looking good.
