i was in need of a place to live and darlene did my application and told tina i was a very nice person . i paid my rent and got my keys i moved in february ..... I dont see alot of people out side my one neighbor she is so sweet..... every time I do talk to tina she always is very sweet to me . she is a very kind person and trys to help every one out ..... AND WHAT LANDLORD GIVES YOU A GIFT ON MOTHERS DAY.......
I haven’t been living here long but this is one of the best places I’ve ever lived. My neighbors are really respectful and the staff here works really hard to provide great service, answer any questions, and works with you through “ life’s lemons “. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to call home.
I applied for a mh the owner says u have to have a perfect credit score I filed a chpt 7 so what. mobile homes depreciate and ik not everyone there has a high credit score. she has unethical business practices and the man home law which was copied and pasted said she cant refuse a transfer and she did WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE SHE DOESNT HAVE ANY SENSE OF BUSINESS AND SELLS MOBILE HOMES FOR ! They told me to fill an application a out told me I qualified I told them I had M autistic daughter and by the end of my Application interview I now longer qualified

just no let me start off by saying i have lived here for lets say five years or so....and another is this is a GREAT place to live IF you pay rent on time (only) and mow regularly....now if you have kids do not have any toys not even one in your lawn you will get a 10 day if you dont mow you get a 10 day if you dont kiss a%$ you will regularly get a 10 day.....if you dont power wash you get a 10 day.......if you dont weed you get a 10 day...if you dont abide by the ever so changing rules you get a 10 day...what are the rules... read more
