For reasons outside their control, we did not proceed with Kenyon after quoting proposal stage. However, we found David to be friendly, professional and even enthusiastic about our proposed renovation project while other builders were highly inconsistent and frustrating to deal with. Communication and quote details were easy to understand and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to others based on this initial experience.
Very highly rate Kenyon Building! We used David and team to convert a sunroom into an office off one of our bedrooms. David did a fantastic and high quality job, was highly communicative which we really appreciated and was very punctual! He provided a thorough detailed quote at an affordable price and provided advice and options along the way. He did what we agreed he would do, he did it well and to a high standard. Would 100% recommend and will 100% use again in the future.
David made our renovation easy. He came to the house, listened and captured everything in the quote (a rare thing these days!). He had great practical advice, provided options and their pros and cons, and updates on progress along the way. I would highly recommend David and his associates for renovation services (bathrooms, ceiling replacement, painting, gas heater removal, tiling, gutter replacement). Thank you David.
