Bonnie Brook Village is a 58 unit condominium complex. We have approximately 12 acres of lawn to be mowed and groomed in addition to lawn maintenance, We have roadways and sidewalks To accommodate our approximately 150+ parking spaces Randy and his crew have done an amazing job keeping the grounds beautiful but more importantly their snow and ice management is second to none. I don’t think Randy knows the words “I can’t”” Five star rating just doesn’t seem enough.
