they don't stand behind their equipment. our truck broke 5 days after we bought it. they said we were on our own. Don't buy anything from them
I have a great salesman Paul Deford, went the distance to get me into a great truck.
If you want a place that will tell you they're going to do something, park your truck for a few days, not fix it, and then tell you they don't know why they couldn't get to, this is the place for you! Everyone in the service department is rude, curt, and has an attitude with the customers. The service manager is the worst of all and it shows in his low standards of customer service and satisfaction. they usually tack on extra charges, say if you're there for $1000 repair, it will be $400-$500 extra by the time you have to pay
Had truck repairs done on emission system Dec 2016. Quoted $2000-2500. Charged us $2900, no phone call, no explanation for the extra charges. Two phone calls with shop foreman produced no reason for extra labor charges. $900 part and $2,000 in labor. Totally unethical and took way longer than it should have. Do not recommend.
