Poor customer service—there is Carlos from the parts store. I asked him to send me a message to my email so I can send him a video of the part that I am looking for, but he refused and got angry. This kind of person will ruin the company and business.

They are the best
My company made arrangements to have my rig serviced. They paid and made the request to have it left outside their gated area (because I had to travel several hours to get to them, and therefore wouldn't be able to arrive before they closed to pick up the rig) they assured us multiple times that it would be left out for pick-up. I arrived 20 minutes after closing and the rig was not left outside the gated area. It was locked behind a fence.
