Stopped in at Kenworth here in Salina. Was having some transmission issues. The girls in the office worked fast and efficient to get my paper work done and got me in the shop quick. Great shop, great techs, and great customer service in the service department. Thanks Kamree and Morgan. Thanks for always having a great attitude!
Came here with a problem with my truck not wanting to do a regen. The tech came and hooked his computer to it, cleared the codes and did a forced regen. Was super friendly to me and my dog and didn't charge me for his time. Honest and friendly. Thank you sir.
Poor customer service—there is Carlos from the parts store. I asked him to send me a message to my email so I can send him a video of the part that I am looking for, but he refused and got angry. This kind of person will ruin the company and business.
