If you need you truck repair so you can go back to work I suggest you find a different shop to bring it to. I was told that they would get my truck into the shop in the morning and it is now 3:00 PM and they say that it mite get in during the evening shift. They will lie to you just to get your truck there even if they know they can't fix it in time for you to go back to work. There is no respect for you as a customer. Don't go here.
Awful service. Was supposed to get recall work done, but couldn't even get a ride back to my hotel or a taxi chit. They expected me to sit around all day (it was 8am) with no guarantee they'd even get to my truck. I get better service for my $20, 000 Ford Focus. Avoid this.
