I absolutely loved living at Kenwood Village. The apartments were clean, the neighborhood felt safe, and the property was very well maintained. Nate was outstanding, he was always quick to respond to any questions, concerns, or maintenance requests and made the entire living experience stress-free. It's rare to find management that is so attentive and genuinely cares about residents. I highly recommend Kenwood Village to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Overall great place to live! Nate was a huge help whenever we needed something fixed, looked at, etc. and he manages the property extremely well! The building itself always felt safe and was clean! I especially appreciated the mail system with secured lockers for packages and the heated parking for cold winter mornings along with knowing there is a lot of cameras and a security system installed! The location of this property is also great and is honestly so close to so much of the city! Would definitely recommend living here... read more
I really enjoyed my two years at Kenwood Village. The community areas were always clean and well maintained, maintenance requests were handled promptly, and the residents were incredibly friendly. Nate was a fantastic landlord who was always responsive and willing to help with anything that came up. The location was also very convenient, with coffee shops, a grocery store, and both CSS and UMD close by.
