Mall security is a joke, they need to step up security after yesterday’s events. Maybe it’s time to establish an 18 and over policy like Northgate did.
to many people wanting to fight not a family mall anymore
Every kid in the mall was running because of a fight going on and security wasn’t doing anything about it. Kids were running like the mall was on fire and we almost got trampled with my baby in the stroller. Security needed to do something about it and they were just walking around like it wasn’t a problem. I shouldn’t have to come to a mall and worry about my baby and mine own security.
Need to have " PROACTIVE" mall security. The fights today needed to have been adressed much quicker. The one in PINK someone should have intervened sooner. The 2nd one about 7:30 should have never happened. There were way too many teens and at some point it has to be safety over money. Clear it out or close it down. Thankfully no innocent bystander was injured.
RecommendedLove all the stores. HATE THE TRAFFIC. They also need WAY more food court options for as big as the mall is.
During the fighting tonight and nearly being trampled by a mob of teens, I questioned one of the security guards there about what was going on in the mall and all I was told is, “Can’t talk about it” I then asked if we were safe or should leave the mall and the response was, “ do what you want!” What the hell kind of answer is that? I feel my safety was in danger and mall security did nothing to protect us.
